Community Involvement
Committed to the Community
Community Involvement is important to us individually as well as to the Firm.
Here are a few of the areas that interest us.
Attorney “Chip” Griffin is a member,
past president, past assistant governor, and Paul Harris Fellow
of the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club. He also serves as Town Moderator
for the Town of Boothbay Harbor. Chip is also one of the founding
members and President of Rebuilding
Together Lincoln County. He has also served six years as director,
Boothbay Region YMCA and Student Aid Fund. Chip also teaches an
estate planning course for the Adult Education program at the Boothbay
Region High School in February and March. This is his 15th year
providing this service free of charge to the Boothbay Region community.
Mary is active in Girl Scouting as a Cadet Leader,
Juliette Consultant, and Adult Education Facilitator. Mary has also
served as superintendent of the Sunday School at her church, as
well as president of the board of directors for the Harbor Children's
Center, a non-profit child care, preschool, and after-school program.
Sarah volunteers as treasurer of the St. Andrew’s
Free Bed Fund, The Boothbay Region Historical Society, and The East
Boothbay United Methodist Church; delivers Meals on Wheels; and
is a director of Rebuilding
Together Lincoln County and member of the Lincoln County Friends
of Safe Passage.
Anne Mosher, a resident of Bath, has been actively
involved with the Bath school committees. She also is a Rebuilding
Together Lincoln County volunteer.
Sandy is serving her fourth term as a member of the Boothbay-Boothbay
Harbor CSD school committee. She has also worked on several non-profit
groups in the community, including the board of directors for The
Opera House at Boothbay Harbor, the building committee for the Boothbay
Harbor Memorial Library, as a former vice president of the Boothbay
Region PTA, and a volunteer for Rebuilding Together Lincoln County.
Kevin Bowler is past president and current treasurer
for the Boothbay Civic Association and has volunteered for many
community activities such as Windjammer Days, harvest events at
the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden, and Rebuilding
Together Lincoln County. She has also served on the board of
directors for the Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce.
Kati is an active board member and development
membership chair for Wawenock Country Club and is the treasurer
of the Great Salt Bay Community School PTO. Kati also help out with
Boosters Club at her children’s school and supports her children’s
various sports teams with her husband. She looks forward to becoming
even more involved with her children’s school and Rebuilding
Together Lincoln County.
