The Boathouse (The Shack)
is 13' x 36', has a living room, kitchen
and a toilet/shower stall unit on the
first floor. The bedroom, on the second
floor, loft type with a double bed and a
couple of cots, accessible by a steep set
of stairs (across between a staircase and
a ladder).
The deck wraps around the unit which is
literally perched over the water facing
west with a
wonderful view of downtown Boothbay
Harbor, harbor activities, and
picturesque sunsets.
Located between The Lobster Dock and
Captain Fish's Hotel, the Boathouse is
within walking distance of the footbridge
which crosses to downtown Boothbay
Harbor.
